Q: Where can I spend my Gift Card? What can I buy with my Gift Card?
A: Gift cards can be used in full or part payment in any of the ASK Italian restaurants across the UK.
Q: Do I get the full value I load onto the ASK Italian gift card?
A: There are no hidden charges, what you load on to the card is yours or your recipients to spend. However the value on the card must be spent within 18 months of the value being added.
Q: How can I pay for my ASK Italian gift card if I order it via askitaliangiftcards.com?
A: You can pay by debit or credit card when you order via the internet, your card is not sent out until your payment has been received.
Q: When will I receive my ASK Italian gift card ordered via askitaliangiftcards.com?
A: ASK Italian Gift Cards will normally be despatched the next working day from receipt of the order and payment, unless a specified later delivery date is requested, however, during busy periods despatch can take up to 5 working days. Orders placed on Friday, or placed anytime on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday (except where Monday is a bank holiday). For First Class Post please allow up to 3 days for delivery, from despatch date.

A: Gift Cards will be sent to the delivery address stated on the individual order using the delivery method requested on the order. You may choose delivery by First Class post or by a courier service. Deliveries sent by courier may require a signature.

A: All cards ordered on the ASK Italian gift cards by post website askitaliangiftcards.com will be available to spend when the card is delivered.

A: You can add more money on to your ASK Italian gift cards via the restaurants only.
Q: I have purchased a ASK Italian gift card but have decided it is a not suitable gift for the friend I had in mind. Can I get a refund?
A: Sorry but no, we are unable to offer refunds.
Q: Do I have to spend the full value on my ASK Italian gift card all in one go?
A: No, you may make as many transactions as you like until the value on the card is spent.
Q: My ASK Italian gift card has expired, what do I do?
A: Once your ASK Italian gift card has expired it is not possible to reactivate the card. You have 18 months from the date of purchase to use the funds on the card. Any balance left on the card after this date will be deducted.

A: You should treat your gift card as cash. ASK Italian cannot replace or reimburse the balance if the Card is lost, stolen or damaged.

A: No, your debit/credit card statement will show ASK Italian GC WOKINGHAM.
Q: If I don’t have enough money on my gift card to cover the whole of my bill can I part pay with the gift card and part alternative payment?
A: Yes, you can pay as much as you like from your gift card. For example if you have £10 on your gift card and your bill is £20 you can pay £5 from the gift card and pay the remaining £15 in cash or with a debit or credit card.
Q: Can I use my Gift card to order takeaway?
A: Unfortunately, these can’t be used as payment through online orders, direct with ASK Italian or delivery partners. However, you can use on Call and Collect orders.
Q: Where do I find my Gift Card PIN number?
A: The 4 digit PIN number can be found on the reverse of the Gift Card underneath the scratch off panel.
Q: How many Gift Cards can I use during one transaction/purchase?
A: You can use as many different Gift Cards during a single transaction as required but the same Gift Card cannot be used twice within the same transaction.
Q: What happens when all the card value is used? Should I throw the card away?
A: Yes, once the card value is used then you should destroy the card.
